The OneFPA Advisory Council plays a significant role in ensuring the voices of FPA’s members and communities are heard on those issues of importance to the Association and profession.
The OneFPA Advisory Council has become a critical communication and collaboration tool for the Association. The Council, which meets several times each year, is composed of representatives from each FPA chapter and two vital communities — FPA NexGen® and the FPA Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
Council meetings focus on exploring and discussing issues where feedback can be shared with the FPA Board of Directors to better inform their decisions. Over the past couple of years, the Council has tackled membership recruitment and retention, membership engagement, the FPA value proposition, and the future of OneFPA Network implementation.
