“Up at 6:00, walk to the YMCA to lift, walk back by 7:00, do an hour of low-intensity cardio (3–4mph) on a walking desk while getting organized for the day, breakfast, shower, and travel to the office (or work from home) from 8:00 to 9:00. Never take meetings before 9:00, and cut the day off at 5:00.”
