RESPONSIBILITIES WE’LL TRUST YOU WITH
Support the firm’s Senior Financial Advisors. Attend client meetings and take copious notes, eventually participating in and leading client meetings. Input meeting notes into Wealthbox CRM and assign tasks to team members as necessary. Ensure that internal workflows are followed, and all client tasks are completed and followed up on in a timely manner. Gather client financial data for the development and delivery of a personal financial plan. Develop and deliver comprehensive
financial planning services to the firm’s new and existing clients. Schedule meetings and confirm all upcoming client appointments & prepare review meeting material. Occasionally support the Client Service Manager by coordinating and preparing new account paperwork for existing and new clients. Develops and maintains written systems of all activities.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited, CFP Board Registered financial planning program or intense, quantitative field. 2-5+ years of financial planning experience. CFP® preferred, passage of the CFP® exam required. Unquestioned commitment to integrity in personal and professional activities. Highly motivated with ability to function well in a fast-paced environment. Natural self-starter. Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and presentation skills, and able to manage heavy workloads and time-sensitive projects.
