Carolinas FPA Symposium 2021 Refund Policy

Registration fees are refundable minus a processing fee of $20.00 for FPA member tickets and $30.00 for non-member tickets for those cancellation requests received in writing to csosa@OneFPA.org no later than 30 days prior to the event.
