They have a great corporate culture, and provide their team with terrific work/life balance and flexibility. They operate like a family, invest in their people, and have a high-level of internal trust with the staff. You can choose which direction you ultimately go in your career without having to make that commitment day 1. I've found it's helpful for candidates to have an initial ramp up time before deciding if they want to be more planning, or client service, or business development focused long-term.
