Kathy Longo, CFP®, CAP®, CDFA® is the founder and president of Flourish Wealth Management, an independent boutique wealth management firm in the Minneapolis area. Kathy is passionate about helping women and their families connect the emotional and technical side of money. She is the author of the book Flourish Financially: Values, Transitions, and Big Conversations, which encourages a holistic and personalized approach to finance, focused on understanding one’s money story, plan for the big transitions in life and have the necessary money conversations. Kathy continues to provide financial education by using the tips, concepts, and ideas she refined in her podcast Flourish Financially. Kathy has garnered a vast array of honors and recognitions and stays relevant and innovative through both community involvement projects and her work on a variety of local and national boards.

H. Jude Boudreaux, CFP® is a partner and senior financial planner with The Planning Center, and is an active member in the financial planning community, passionate about creating career paths for those entering the profession. He is a member of the CNBC Financial Advisor council, a group of 20 selected advisers to provide content for CNBC on personal financial planning. He has served as president of NexGen president (2009) and chair (2010) for NexGen, the FPA’s community for financial planners under the age of 36 years old. He has been quoted in numerous consumer and trade publications over his 17-year career, including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Journal of Financial Planning, Money Magazine, and The Times-Picayune, to name a few. In addition, he was named to the Investment News “40 Under 40” class of 2015.
Mychal Eagleson, CFP®, AIF®, ChSNC® is the President and founder of Teach Plan Retire, a firm specializing in fiduciary planning for educators and their families in Indianapolis, IN. He is a proud member of the FPA, having most recently been elected to serve on the national Board of Directors beginning in 2025. He currently serves as the Chairman of the FPA of Greater Indiana, after serving 3 years as President, has been a member of the OneFPA Advisory Committee Executive Committee since 2022. He is passionate about developing the next generation of Financial Planners both inside and outside of his firm and serves as an Instructor in Dalton Education’s award-winning CFP® education program. Mychal was honored to be named one of Indy’s Most Pivotal Leaders in 2022 and outside of financial planning has successfully advocated to advance public education in his local community. Over the course of his 16-year career, he has been quoted in numerous consumer and trade publications, including CNBC, MarketWatch, AARP, and others.
Sabrina Lowell, CFP®, CPCC helps clients build a framework for informed financial decision-making. With over two decades of experience in the financial planning profession, Sabrina started Second Summit Wealth Management with the belief that a “summit” is both a destination and a journey. She works with individuals and career-engaged couples who have completed their first summit amassing wealth, and endeavor to communicate openly about their finances and financial goals as they embark on their second summit. Located in San Francisco, Sabrina has an expertise in managing concentrated stock positions and structuring equity compensation strategies pre- and post IPO, helping attorneys and physicians optimize executive benefits, and partnering with clients to navigate sudden money scenarios such as inheritance or liquidity events.
Kyra Morris, CFP®, EA Founder of Morris Financial Concepts in South Carolina, began her financial planning career in 1983 and founded Morris Financial Concepts in 1987. Morris is one of the founders of the SC Society for the Institute of Certified Financial Planners in 1985. She has served in a national position on the board of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, and the CFP Board of Standards, Inc. Morris has been named six times by Worth Magazine, Mutual Fund Magazine and Bloomberg Wealth Management as one of the top financial planners in the country. In addition, Dow Jones Investment Advisor featured her on their cover, and Financial Planning Magazine named her one of the “Movers and Shakers” in the profession.
Jon Yankee, MBA, CFP®, Partner and Market Leader in the Virginia office for Cerity Partners. He is also a member of the firm’s National Partner Development Committee. Prior to joining Cerity Partners, Jon co-founded FJY Financial in 2006. In addition to his duties as a Partner and Senior Financial Advisor, as Chief Executive Officer he led the firm’s strategic direction and the development and implementation of its well-known human capital strategy. Jon also previously served as a Financial Advisor for Merrill Lynch. Additionally, he worked for five years in Honolulu, HI as a Program Manager for the Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC), an organization of chief executives that fosters and promotes the development of trade and trade policy throughout the Asia Pacific region.
