The financial planning profession is amid a prolonged talent shortage, so this session aims to cover how to acquire and cultivate wise, competent, and driven talent. We will discuss how to demonstrate value, gain trust, and develop skills at the most important levels supported by researched markers of accountability.
Learning Objectives:
- How to create an environment that enables a firm to flourish with the acquisition of more inexperienced advisors and to assist the next generation with finding these opportunities to expand their skills and the overall population’s financial planning engagement.
- Recognition of the difference between information and wisdom and how it applies to being part of team and providing excellent client service.
