Lance P. Eaton, CFP®

Lance P. Eaton entered the investment industry in 1999.  He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66 licenses and is Life & Health Insurance (CA) licensed.

Lance works for a large National Broker/Dealer as a Corporate Services Financial Consultant, where he provides guidance on equity compensation plans and solutions to officers, directors and insiders of publicly traded companies.  He has advanced knowledge in the navigation and management of equity compensation as well as wealth management & comprehensive portfolio management.  He also is experienced in the handling of Rule 144 transactions and provides guidance regarding 10b5-1 Trading Plans.  Lance has diverse experience having worked at UBS Financial Services and Oppenheimer & Co as a Vice President of Investments.

Lance has lived in Chicago since late 2012. He lives and works in The Loop. He has spent most of his Financial Services career in Los Angeles, CA with some time in Phoenix, AZ, Austin, TX and Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
