Victoria Dynarski

An accomplished professional with proven leadership in the financial services industry, and demonstrated ability in operations management, onboarding, team management and accounting.

Victoria began her career with New England Financial in 2009, and steadily progressed through various operational roles throughout her career with the same company, which took on 3 different names through mergers and acquisitions. Victoria joined the company’s Leadership Team in 2017, with a heavy focus on Team Management and Operational Excellence.

Victoria now holds the role of Head of Operations at Vision Financial Group. She oversees the company’s Western New York operations, as well as the New Business processing team. Victoria also oversees financial operations for one of Vision Financial’s top Advisor Teams - Novity Wealth Solutions. In addition to her role at Vision Financial, Victoria serves as the Chapter Executive for the Financial Planning Association of Western NY, CFA Society Buffalo and Western New York’s Estate Planning Council.

Victoria was born in Odesa, Ukraine. She moved to the US in 2000, and is fluent in both Russian and English languages. Victoria graduated Canisius College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She lives in Buffalo with her husband Justin, and their two dogs. She loves to spend time with family and friends, travel, photography and exercise. Victoria won an All Natural Body Building competition in 2017, and was awarded a “Pro Card” in her category.
