This event offers you valuable insights and feedback to help your resume stand out to employers. The Process:

  1. Candidate Registration:
    • REGISTER HERE by Wednesday, April 23, 2025, Please email your one-page resume (PDF format, titled as Last Name, First Name) to nexgen@austinfpa.org.
    • No cover letter needed.
    • In your email, indicate if you’re seeking a full-time or internship position.
    • Optional: If you'd like our committee to review and suggest improvements to your resume before it’s included in the book, let us know in your email and send by Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
  2. Employer Registration:
  3. Resume Book Distribution:
    • The FPA of Austin Career Development Committee will send resume books to hiring firms by Monday, April 28, 2025.
  4. Interview Process:
    • Hiring firms will be responsible for contacting candidates they’re interested in for interviews.
  5. Registration Requirement:

Fee Structure:

  • Candidate Fee (you do not have to be a member): Free
  • Internship Resume Book for Employers: $25 for FPA members; $30 for non-members
  • Full-Time Resume Book for Employers: $25 for FPA members; $30 for non-members
  • Both Books for Employers: $40 for FPA members; $50 for non-members
